How do I open a membership account?
We're happy to hear you want to join the Opticians Club! Opening an account is really simple; you can do it in one of these two ways:

We understand that reading your prescription can be tricky if you're not an optician!

Where are you located?
We are global firm with teams all around the world. Our global headquarters are located in Hong Kong, where we also have an optical store and showroom that services our local customers there.
We also have several shipping locations around the world, including Italy, Hong Kong, Australia, and the US (which is a partner drop ship location).
Since 2006, we have shipped to more than 100 countries around the globe.
We’ll ship your order from one of our 4 logistics facilities around the world depending on where the product is originally sourced. Our goal is to get the product to you as quickly and efficiently as possible!
Where can I find my order ID?
Your order ID can be found on the confirmation email or in any order email updates received from us. It consists of two letters, followed by 10 numerical digits, and then, one or two more letters.
How do I make changes to my order?
Up until your package has been shipped from our warehouse, you can make changes to your order, including cancellations, bycontacting usvia email at customerservice@optcians.co.uk, via phone 800-011-9588 or via chat.
However, if your parcel has already been shipped, we unfortunately cannot make any changes to your order. You will need tocontact uswhen you receive your package to arrange for returns or exchanges.
Where is my order?
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information so that you can know where your purchase is at any moment.
If you've not received your order confirmation email, or have accidentally lost it, just Contact Us and we can assist in finding the order details.
What is your return policy?
Let's face it — buying from the internet can be difficult and time-consuming. Therefore, we've introduced a hassle-free process which includes a 100 days return policy for your order (prescription lenses are also included).
