• We use Royal Mail tracked services to ship your order & other affiliated carriers with a tracked door to door service to other locations in Europe, North America and Australasia.
• Your order will come fully packaged and protected.
• 30 days no questions asked return policy - Choosing glasses is not easy but atleast we offer you a boutique product without the excessive 'brand' cost.  so that’s why if you don’t like them and you send them back within 30 days we won’t interrogate you, we’ll just give you your money back as long as they are returned as you received them. 

How long will they take?

• For non-prescription glasses or sunglasses, we aim to have your order delivered within 3 - 7 working days. Prescription sunglasses and varifocals generally take 10 working days (where applicable) and this service may not be available in your country.
  
• For all Personalised orders, delivery will take 3 - 7 working days from the time we receive your frames if they are supplier stock. If we have your frames in stock our technicians will typically complete your laser personalisation in 48 hours so you should still receive them within 3-7 working days.
  
• Please note: For orders with multiple glasses or sunglasses, we will wait to ship until all items are ready.
